At Desi Raga, we take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Each product is freshly prepared, carefully packed, and shipped with love from our facility in India.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

A standard ₹79 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package in real time. You can also check your order status under “My Orders” on our website.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. Global shipping will be introduced soon—stay tuned to our updates.
6. Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your package arrives damaged or is delayed beyond 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@desiraga.com within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assist you promptly.
